Music Together® classes presented by Musicmakers
Weekly 45-minute classes include songs, rhythmic rhymes, movement, and rhythm instrument play. All activities are presented as informal, participation-oriented musical experiences ~ developmentally appropriate for children and comfortable for parents and caregivers regardless of their own musical ability. Fabulous CDs, downloadable and streamable music, a Songbook, a Parent Guide dvd, Music Together's Hello Everybody App and Music Together's online Family Music Zone are all included so that your musical play can continue at home!
Musicmakers classes are held in Farmington Hills near the 11 Mile Road/Middlebelt Road intersection. Our class location is less than 2 miles from the I-696 exit at Orchard Lake Road, for families driving from other communities.
Sample/Make-Up Classes
Families who would like to experience a Music Together class with Miss Karen and Musicmakers before registering for a full term, are encouraged to attend a FREE SAMPLE CLASS! Discover the magic that brings families back, year after year! If space allows, families may sign-up to attend a regular Spring Class or a Make-Up Class as a Sample Class. Sign-up for these classes by email, text or voicemail at 248-921-0861, or at class. Spring families may use the Make-Up Scheduler to claim a spot in a class on Wednesday, June 7 or Thursday, June 8.
Spring 2017 Classes
Spring Term will begin Tuesday, April 11 and end Thursday, June 8, with 9 consecutive weeks. Cost for a spring class and materials is $180 for one child, $138 for the second child (sibling), and $108 for the third child (sibling). Siblings under 9 months (born after 7/10/16) may participate free. Registrations for open classes are welcome through May 5. Tuition can be prorated for late registrations. Families are allowed up to 3 Make-Up Classes during Spring Term to make-up their absences, using the Make-Up Scheduler Page at MusicmakersCenter.com to sign-up for a different weekday. If Musicmakers must cancel a spring class for any reason, families will be offered make-up options or a $14 refund/child. (See the Registration Page for more details.)
